A woman jumps out of the well towards the camera. (There are a few seconds of her climbing up as a warning beforehand.)

As the body bag is opened a hand reaches out of it.

As Fuko is running up to the apartment the nanny drops onto the car next to her.

The seemingly dead nanny grabs Fuko by the leg.

Koiso whispers Sadako, followed by a cut to Nagi pushing his wheelchair from behind.

A woman jumps out of the computer screen.

Fuko’s mon drops down under the bed and growls at her.

Takanori’s face suddenly begins to distort and he runs at Fuko.

Nagi is suddenly grabbed by Fuko.

Someone jumps through a glass window, shattering it and grabbing the detective.

Akane is shot.
