While Shane is running the ghost woman suddenly appears in front of him and attacks with a knife.

The screen fades to black, and a few seconds later there is a cut to the ghost woman on the film’s poster.

The credits begin to roll over a still frame of the woman hanging, but she suddenly springs back upwards a few seconds later and looks at the camera.
